






Any item that is still new/unused with its original product packing, can be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order, for an exchange or refund.
RETURNS FORMExtended returns period: Items purchased on or between 1st November and 24th December, can be returned for a store credit (for refund or exchange, the return needs to still be within 30 days as stated above), so long as they reach us on or before 15th January.
Goods must be returned in new condition, unused and undamaged with all packing also intact and undamaged. Please do not apply anything to the product box/ packaging (such as tape or labels) as we may not be able to accept the return if you do so.
If your product was sent with a free gift or promotional item, please ensure this is also returned in order to obtain a full refund
Return postage costs are at your expense, and you remain responsible for the goods until they are restored to us in good condition, so we recommend you pack the goods well, and return them by a tracked and insured delivery method for your peace of mind.
We are unable to refund/exchange goods that are delivered to us after 30 days from the date you receive them.
When we receive your return, the goods will be checked and the refund done back to your original payment method. We aim to process returns within 2 working days, but this can be slightly longer at very busy times. Please note that with some card issuers, it can then take a few days to see the refund on your account due to their own policies.
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you feel that a product is faulty, please stop using it immediately and contact us via email or using the contact us form with your concern. Please do not return the goods at this stage, as we will then reply with the next steps.
If your parcel looks visibly damaged when you receive it, please take a photo(s) before opening to show the damage. If you are signing for the parcel, please ensure you ask for the damage to be noted. You can then contact us by email or using the contact us form, and we will then be able to assist further with the issue.
