We reserve the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to this website or cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and you will not incur any costs.
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes for the UK where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country are your responsibility.
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from The Saddlery Shop Ltd.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will only take place on despatch of the products ordered to the address supplied unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in the meantime.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
On extremely rare occasions, the cost of the product may have increased but not updated on the website, taxes may have not been included in the price, or they may have changed. We will inform you immediately and before dispatch if this is the case to ensure you still wish to purchase, but at the revised cost.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error, or the price from our suppliers, tax or duty office was incorrect when our price was published. If you have already been charged we will immediately refund you the total amount you have paid (including any delivery charges).
All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately.
We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you of an estimated delivery date (subject to availability).
Some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but will not incur any additional carriage charges (unless stated on your order conformation due to part of your order being out of stock at the time of ordering)
We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

When you place an order with us by card (if not using PayPal), our payment provider will store a secure 'token' on their system to enable you to check out faster next time you buy from us. If you wish to have this token removed, please contact us and we can delete this for you straight away.
If you receive an item that has a fault, or a product develops a fault, please do not use the product (or stop using it immediately) and contact us. We will not be held liable for any other costs relating to faulty goods (such as loss of earnings, entry fees etc).
Nothing in this contract or elsewhere will exclude or limit our liability in relation to your consumer protection rights, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday (except on UK Bank holidays).
Delivery is Monday to Friday, (Royal Mail sometimes deliver on Saturdays), there are no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays.
Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked or courier, and tracking information will be emailed and/or texted for all services.
Please check your spam folder if you have not received the tracking email within 1 working day of receiving the despatch email.
You are welcome to ask for the parcel to be left in a safe place, but please note that by doing so, we are unable to compensate if the parcel is unable to be found etc. once showing delivered on the tracking.
Please ensure you are available for the delivery and respond to the courier if they contact you, as there is a charge if a parcel is ultimately returned to us as undeliverable through no fault of the courier.

The delivery charge for all services covers up to 5Kg. If your order weighs more than 5kg when packed, we will contact you by email to let you know the weight. If you wish to continue with the order, additional postage of £3.99 (standard)/£6.99 (express) for every additional 5Kg will apply.

We are currently unable to ship to, or receive returns from Northern Ireland, or anywhere outside of the UK.
When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels your are signing for, and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, (Please quote your order number in all correspondence).
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit/ any discrepancies with your order, unless we are notified within 5 working days from the expected delivery date (this is taken to be 2-3 working days from the advised date of despatch for standard delivery, 1-2 working days for express delivery option).
