The Shires Brass Alloy Flat Ring Jointed Eggbutt is a thinner mouthpiece which can make this bit a little stronger, however, it may be a more comfortable option for a horse with a small mouth or large tongue.

The fixed rings prevent pinching.

The smaller sizes of this bit come with smaller rings to ensure the bit remains in proportion.

Mouthpiece thickness: 12mm

Inside Ring Diameter: 4.5" - 5" with 55mm ring, 5.5" - 6" with 75mm rings
