The Highlander Original 50g Combo Turnout Rug provides lightweight protection while ensuring airflow between the horse and the rug, maintaining comfort on mild wet days. Designed with Freedom-feel shoulder gussets, it allows unrestricted movement and reduces tension during activity. The trigger clip chest fastenings offer two fit options, while touch-close chest patches help keep the rug securely in place. The combo design incorporates a neck cover that fastens with touch close straps.

Key features include deep shoulder gussets, a fully lined interior, twin quick-clip chest fastenings, adjustable cross surcingles, an adjustable fillet strap, integrated leg strap loops, a tail flap, and reflective detailing for enhanced visibility.

Technical specifications include a ShireTex® 600 denier ripstop outer with 50g polyfill insulation. The PFC-free outer has taped seams, offering waterproof protection up to 3000mm and breathability at 3000g/m². The Durable Waterproof Repellent (DWR) finish prevents saturation by causing water to bead and run off. This rug is also WarmaRug Compatible, allowing the addition of separate rug liners in 100g or 200g for increased warmth. Machine washable for easy care.
