Keratex mud fever powder is a very highly effective waterproofing & disinfecting powder for horse's legs. Whereas traditional creams can lock moisture in (a perfect breeding ground for bacteria!), Keratex mud shield powder helps to keep the skin dry whilst fighting the infection. The mud fever powder prevents skin from softening so that mud particles and bacteria are less able to enter the skin pores & hair follicles. Keratex mud shield is total protection for sensitive skin affected by mud & water, as well as helping to resolve any established cases already present.
