The flexible neoprene and strategically placed cut-outs allow for natural movement, while inner pockets securely hold gel packs. These gel packs can be heated in hot water or a microwave for soothing warmth, or cooled in cold water or the freezer for a refreshing chill. Replacement gel packs are available separately.
